Welcome From Our Manager

John

Hi, and a warmwelcome! My name isJohnand I am the Registered Manager here at Leybourne. What truly drives me is a passion for inclusive, person-centred support that empowers people to live meaningful, fulfilling lives in ways that matter most to them.

Throughout my career, I have overseen both supported Living and residential care services. This responsibility has provided me with a broad perspective on regulatory compliance, person-centred care delivery, and the operational differences between these two service models. It has also strengthened my ability to lead diverse teams, adapt to evolving care standards, and ensure consistently high-quality outcomes for the people we support.
I am extremely passionate about Positive Behaviour Support and have spent many years working closely with young people using evidence-based, person-led approaches. I’m committed to ensuring everyone we support feels heard, respected, and part of their community.
It’s an honour to work for an organisation that lives its values and stays true to its mission every day. I’m incredibly proud of what we stand for, and I’m glad you’re here.
